"The Latest"

After two international tours, several hundreds of hours of airplay, interviews and gigs, DJ Shane Phoenix decided to once again return to the studio.

"2009 has been a great year! It started off with my release of ‘Ashes 2 Ashes,’ a simple CD with a return to my remixing style, all the songs on it are remixes of this year's hottest hits. However, I am in the studio right now finishing up ‘MELTDOWN,’ the first CD that I have produced with my voice and my vocals laid down on songs. It is also the first CD that I have made that features ONLY my composed music. Nothing on this CD has been recorded prior, with the exception of one special track; a song by Kansas called "Carry On My Wayward Son." While I do not use any of the original vocals or music, I do use the lyrics as this is somewhat of a theme song for my life."
